Ok!
I want to use my existing headers on a Carb to EFI conversion to my 65 mustang. They are Tri-Ys. Do they, whomever they are, make an oxygen sensor with a rather long cable?
So that they can reach the coupling.

I like the performance of the longer tubes.

I'm assuming this is using efi out of a late model mass air mustang? If so, Bosch makes O2 sensors with three different length wires. I think they're something like 8", 13-1/2" and 18". I know there are also O2 extension harnesses that are available, but I'd have to do some snooping to see where I've seen them. I'm in the process of collecting pieces to convert my 351C to mass air and am facing some of the same issues it sounds like you are... Best wishes!

Yes, the EFI is out of a 1992 5.0 with mass air. I'm about 3 months from completion, assuming work schedule stays the same. The harness thus far has been the biggest delay. In any case thanks for the input.
