Anyone ever use this kit from Crane Cams, just a way to convert from pedestal mount rockers to stud mount.

Crane no. CRN-36655-16

And, if I'm using a cam with about 0.544 lift max do I need adjustable rockers or will the pedestal mounts I have now work? Only asking cause I've got a nice set of pedestal mount roller rockers and it'd be nice not to have to get a new set.

You should probably check to see if any machining is needed to properly locate the studs with the guideplates.
The pedestal mounts should work on your application, just get a set of shims to put under the pedestals to locate them properly.

from Summit site...
Convert your engine the easy way.
You can convert engines with pedestal-mount rocker arms to adjustable-type valvetrains, without machine work or cylinder head removal. Each of these kits includes guideplates, guideplate inserts, studs, a stud installation nut, and instructions. These kits are intended for mild performance applications using hydraulic lifter or hydraulic roller cams. They're not recommended for competition use.
...It seems to say you need adjustable rocker arms. If you are still unsure, call Crane or Summit for the translation. Or... you could measure and add/remove shims and keep your current set-up.
