I rebuilt my control valve, it was very easy. bought one of the 15 dollar kits. When I started the car up with the wheels in the air the steering wheel spun to the right. I replaced the two small hoses also. I remove the valve and put it back months later, not sure if I crossed the hoses. Looking for a picture of another setup to see if I did but could not find any on the web. Steering wheel is not as easy as it was before I rebuilt the control valve.

Check your small hose's you have them crossed . Been there done that.
