Another new fella here, been lurking for a while. Recently picked up this one owner 65 convertible, 289 with Cruise-o-matic. She was restored in the mid-80's, but will undergo modernization in my garage to bring things up to date. I've only been able to drive her a few times before our cold weather kicked in up here in New England, but I'm looking forward to getting her out a lot more in the Spring.

Steve, that Custom 500 is a cool-looking car! I don't think I've ever actually seen one. Looks like it was going after the Cutlass and Monte Carlos from the same era.

Haywood...that's a good looking sedan you picked up. Doesn't seem like it needs much "wrenching" at all!!

Kiwi....good looking '67 you got "down there". Welcome!!

bsa...really dig that fastback (beater edition, or not!)

That's gorgeous, Taylor!!

My66...love that ride! What do you have underneath? I just ordered a full TVS kit from Hotchkis for mine. Still waiting on a few more parts to come in from them.

@S1b That thing looks sinister! I can picture it pulling up in front of NYC deli and 6 mobsters getting out, lol

Here is my '65 convertible...a one-owner car out of Mississippi! Her 289 is getting a bit tired, so a 390 build is now underway ;)

Figured I'd do a Before & after comparo due to some updates over the last few years...

BEFORE: (when she first got to her new home)
Wheel Tire Car Vehicle Automotive parking light

AFTER (as she sits right now):
Wheel Tire Vehicle Car Plant
