I'm looking into buying a new adjustable cable and quadrant. I was thinking of either the Maximum Motorsport or the Ford Racing version. Is there any disadvantage to using any of them? Also, is there a real advantage in using a top side adjuster?
Finally, I also have a problem in which my clutch pedal vibrates (makes a clicking noise) and sometimes even moves up and down on its own during hard stops. Would this be a result of a loose quadrant or a worn clutch assembly? I can usually stop the clicking by putting slight pressure on the bottom or the side of the pedal and letting go.
