ok guys i am using a 1968 lincoln continental column and the neutral safety switch i see 2 vacuum connections where do these connect to and also do these switches interchange with other 1968 ford/mercury vehicles. any help will be great

Those vacuum ports on the switch are for the automatic releasing parking brake. You will not use them if you have a manual release parking brake.
