I've got a 40 sedan with a 302 and an AOD. Its all apart down south and I'm up north so I can't measure anything. I have a T5 ready to replace the AOD and also need to replace the worn out 302. I would like to go with a 351 if it will fit without any big issues. Car does have a Mustang II front end and there were no clearance problems with the 302 other than TBird headers were a very tight fit on the right side. What would I be looking at in going the 351 route?

You will need different headers. I use the BBK 1569 Foxbody 351W swap headers in our 64 Comet with a MII front end
