I saw on ebay what looked like a home made contraption to convert the road draft tube to accept a pcv valve run to the carb adapter. It's basically a cap on the road draft tube with a hose running to a pcv valve hooked up to an inlet on the carburator adaptor plate.
Is there any advatage to having the pcv valve set up? It looks like the thing needed is a carb adaptor with a pcv inlet. Any pluses to eliminating the road draft tube except for getting rid of the smoke and smell?

Aside from the stated benefit of smoke and smell it actually draws clean are throught the motor which can help keep condesation down and it is better for the enviroment. I can't see a down side! Stu
