In my haste to tear apart my 69' Galaxie I cut the rear 3/16" steel brake line near the torque box. Now, trying to figure out how to extend the line 2 feet to get back to the master cylinder. I have the material to remake the entire line from the MC to the rear end, but looking at all the bends, don't not think I could get it installed in one piece.

Any advice other than, "don't cut the brake line, take it off" sure would be appreciated.

I should have mentioned that I have the TGR Professional Brake Line Flaring Tool, but it needs to be mounted in a vice. Great tool but has some limitations.

You might consider nicopp brake line. Very easy to bend and flare.
