I have a 8/71 Childs & Albert Roots Type Blower with Teflon strips sitting at home in mind, for this build. My question is, the motor is meant to be rebuilt & low mile, has Roush Heads Victor Jr Manifold and 750 DP Holley, 7 Amp ICE Streetrace Ignition, C4/9inch currently (remaining internal components unknown, previous owner not much of a car guy) but would it be worth looking into using the current engine and dropping comp and fitting blower? or sell combo and start again with a bigger cube DART Block or similar ? Rather cash for rest of build and other project but keen for a Tuff Streeter that can hold it's own at Nostalgia race days on the odd occasion. Thanks in advance, not played with Ford engines much in the past but hoping to keep it Ford powered.
