I’m well aware of all the negative comments about Procomp products but I’ve also read some positives comments as well. I’m looking at these two flywheels for a 351W making about 375 hp and wondering if anyone has had direct experience with them. They are both SFI rated which I find surprising for flywheels in this price range and I have confirmed this with the people at Jeg’s. It seems like they are both a very good value. Can anyone share their experience with them?

Personally, I'd avoid. When I look at the list of parts, they sell "billet style" flywheels that jump to the 220s (whatever that means compared to the cheaper ones like you showed). Ford Racing flywheels are 234 from Summit, cheaper if you dig around the net, and you know you have good metal, good machining, good balance, good ring gear and ring gear with proper fit.

I am not an anti-off shore guy either, just don't trust things that aren't described clearly and significantly cheaper

Well, I've got to admit I didn't catch that "style" thing either. Ive asked Jeg's for an explanation. I'll post their reply.

Here's Jeg's answer:

"Hello

Thank you for giving Jegs the opportunity to assist you. Speedmaster flywheel is billet, not sure what they mention style in the adds."
