I just got my full length headers in and my speedo cable runs very close to it, I've tried hrd to move i or reroute it but I can't do it without really bending it sharply which I know is going to destroy it fast. To make room for the cable I'm going to have to take my engine back out and dent in either the header or the firewall. Is the speedo cable able to withstand high temps or am I going to melt it if I leave it? Thank you very much.

It will melt. You will need to find some kind of heat sleeve/ wrap.
Thermo-Tec 14010 - Thermo-Tec Thermo-Sleeve

Try that, they have it at Summit racing. I've had to put that on a couple of cars after melting cables.
It's good for fuel lines also.
