I'm not sure if its the perfect solution for the price of chrome or protection chroming affords - I have serious doubts if it'll work on chrome headers?
But it sure beats the next best thing (Sterling powercoated parts), but powder coating/jet-coating does have a much higher tempurature rating... and doesn't turn blue like chrome does or show that golden,nickle/copper layer through either.
what is the proper name of the green paint on my 332 fe engine; does anyone out there know? Some sites say turquoise, some say Edsel green, carribean turquoise and on and on. Trying to repaint it and having a fit. Help!!
Does anyone remember the slicks that were sold in the 70's or 80's that had the humorous text on the side walls?
Torque Twisten, Tire Smoken, Axle Bustin etc.
If I could get a picture, that would make a great avatar.
Has anyone had success with products that are designed to seal power steering leaks?
My Galaxie has a heck of a leak. I haven't been under the car yet to look at where the leak is coming from. I'm just doing some info gathering right now.
