I'm converting my 64 manual steering to 65 setup. This car is going to be driven pretty often and 3/5 aggressively. I don't feel the need to go to power steering.

so far my parts list is:

65 centerlink
65 pitman arm
65 inner tie rod
I dont need outer because i already have granada brakes
65 idler arm

and a 65 manual steering box.

am i missing anything? or is there something else that i can upgrade the steering with while i have it all apart?

thanks
-A.

Have you done the Shelby (Arning) drop on the upper control arms? Also Roller spring perches from opentracker. When you have it Aligned I would set the Camber around -.5 degrees and the Caster around +2 Degrees with the Toe +1/16" toe in

That's next on my list. I have the whole front end disassembled right now so I'm just doing one step at a time. And thanks for the alignment suggestion. That'll come up later after I get it all together.
