Never had stock jets work for me, always have had to go 2-3 sizes bigger at least. Really, you just need to test it. Track is the best way, but a dyno is second best. Worst case, go with an A?F ratio meter and a nice stretch of road to get it close.
With that car and cam, I'm willing to bet you have to jet up 3 or 4 sizes to make max power.
I've got 73's I beleive in the front and 75's in the back, and still think it might need a bit more (This is in my 302, less cam than yours, bigger heads)
The only way to tell is real life tuning, because each combo is unique and needs something different.
