Hello all, On my current 1980 302 motor I have a new edelbrock waterpump and a new aluminum timing cover, MSD dizzy.
Will the above parts fit onto a roller block (1983 and up I beleive)?

Also, What about the pulleys? Any other parts that will not swap over. Any help would be great. Thanks

The dist will not work with a roller cam if it doesnt have a bronze gear. However it can be changed and if you were to Id get a steel gear for it anyways from ford motorsport and have it installed by someone that knows what there doing. Otherwise your looking at a worn out gear in a few thousand miles.
The roller blocks started in '85 and up Mustangs. Later models in other ford vehicles.
Theres nothing different about the block as far as moving over your pulley setup. Just use everything from the old block and you wont have any problems.
