I just read the new article on the RHS Pro-Action heads (http://www.fordmuscle.com/archives/2006/04/RHSHeads/index.php) and would like to get some info on the cool blue port mold that was used.

Can you get us the details on that stuff?

it's a two-part urethane (urethane plus the activator), you can pick it up at Tap Plastics. Not sure if Tap is a nationwide chain but look for a plastics store in your area.
