What kind of rates are you charging for rent to live in your garage? If its like California don't let code enforcement find out (theres a big problem with multiple families in a single 1200-1700 sq ft homes here).

That's pretty cool!

I got some hybrid mini bird living in the nook of the garage here, and other than them being loud sometimes it's cool.
When PETA learns you have some hybrid mini bird it will be your fault. How it is a hybrid? Does it eat oil and oil dry? Save the droppings. It may be pooping nitro.

If you close the squirrels in they will die and start to stink!...I would try to scare him off now..You don't want him in your attic!

A stray cat gave birth to 6 kittens in an empty cardboard box in my shop last week. She is now walking around like she owns the place. Anyone want some kittens?

As long as the little boogers don't poop all over my car it's ok. But last time they were in the garage they built their nest in one of those shower caddy things that I had my rear speaker setting in.

After they finally moved out I kept the door shut more and ran them out of there if I saw them. Durn things turn my paint purple when they bombard it!

On a porch or something I think it's great just stay away from my car. :)

Yeah they sure would! Send the Maltese in there to run him out! :) The critter would probably beat them up.

After my car sat for years in the pole barn the whole trunk lid was purple just about and the hood about half purple. I don't ever want to park it where the birds can bomb it again! I spent days with rubbing compound doing 6 inch squares to get that out of there.

I do love to watch them, just wish you could train the boogers.

The worst ones are those starlings when they are nesting. They keep thier nests really clean and to do that they carry the stuff out of there and leave big bombs on the cars and what ever else is in the path.

Only feeder I put out now is for humming birds. But need to get 2 since there is always one that stakes his claim on the feeder and chases everyone else off.
