in Centralia Saturday. Lunch there then visit the Buesk Museum. I met the owners last year at stole the man's fold up chair and gabbed with the wife, Barbara for a while and rested my feet. Nice couple and it's all Fords and some old buildings. Think it will be fun. Meeting up at Freddie's in Fife then caravaning down there to meet with the others from the South.

Darn it, already have plans for that afternoon and evening. Would love to join you for the cruise down south, but will have to be another time. Maybe I can meet at the casino and say hi before you all leave. Would be nice to see some faces of the NW Galaxie club members.

Got the email, just got to it tonight when trying to get rid of a bunch of junkmail i got while i was gone. Poor ol car got the tar beat out of it didn't it! Sad site but guess at least it won! Thanks for sending them!

They are now saying it's supposed to be raining for the weekend. If so i might not go, but then again... Women, can't ever make up their minds!! LOL

I decided today that i'm going, if i get wet i get wet, won't be the first time. Most of the time the forecast seems to be for seattle area anyway. Gonna call **** and see what time they are headed to Freddie's in Fife and maybe i can just follow him over there since he only lives bout 3 miles from me.

Had a fantastic day other than it being humid and the little bit of mist we got today in Centralia felt great! Lots of cars on the road today with a poker run going on and at least 2 shows in my neck of the woods.

6 of us came from north and 5 from the south and one lived in Centralia. I had a passenger to keep me company and be camera man. Still need to get the freeway pics from him, those will be cool. We had lunch at Country Cousins, wow was that place busy but we all managed to find a place to park. Great food!

Here's a few pics. Great little museum, feels more like a man's collection of 'treasures', i loved it.

I would of stayed dry today but after hanging out at one of the galaxie people's house a while i stopped by the little cafe to see the car people there and a rain storm came up. I was only bout 2 miles, if that, from home so got ahead of the down pour and got in the garage before it hit our house. I'm still here so guess i didn't melt or float away. lol

All and all a great day!

When discussing fan shrouds i discovered one of my radiator hose is bout to explode so tomorrow that is my project is to replace the 2 hoses. Must of just done it today as it was fine before i left the house.

Looks like a great time Deb. That old people with bad memory thing kicked in and I forgot about meeting at the casino before you all left. Is that white '64 in the pictures the one that has the yellow high beam headlights? Saw that car a few times at the Oregon show, but can't remember the fellows name. Is this a yearly thing that the club does? If so, I will have to plan to be at next years run.

Yeah that's Bill something. I followed him to the hillsboro show a few years ago. Lives in Tumwater. He bought that car in '74 i found out yesterday. He doesn't let any moss grow when he's scootin down the freeway either. lol

Not a yearly thing. I met the people that own the place last year at Lemay and passed the info to them so it was planned for this year. Think there is something else this summer they will be doing in our area but can't remember what now. The Graham show is on the website listed but don't know who will be participating. I have a few fliers for the new regional show location but it's in Camas and don't know if i'll be going or not..Aug 25th. The Sprinker show is on July 8th here in Spanaway.

Bill asked about a car show on Ft. Lewis that is part of their big thing there but i need to find info as he's the second person to ask about it. There is a truck show June 30th with live music at GaragePlus here but also the same day is a benefit car wash at that little cafe, Kelly's that some of us met up at. For those couple people there, FE and Psig, the guy with the 65/66 Oldsmobile bluish green has cancer, just found out and it's everywhere. Gary hasn't been feeling well for some time now and guess that explains why. He's a good guy. He sings with a local group here and there, i had him singing for me a while back. He is usually quiet til you get to know him. lol

Don't forget, there is always the Wednesday cruise here in Spanaway at Safeway parking lot, Fridays at Garage Plus or Griot's Garage(real nice setup there!), Thursdays in Dupont. Not much for Saturdays now that the big one is gone on Meridian. Other than 6th Ave cruise near Harbor Freight. I need to find out where some started going since Sunrise was canceled. Forgot now. Shoot, forgot that Lady Luck bar started a cruise now on Saturdays in Parkland, haven't been there yet.

What goes on over there Ron? Must be something going on, maybe i could go crash one of them one day if there are some.

Won't be going anywhere til I get a lower radiator hose. The upper is the easy one, it'll be in tomorrow afternoon. So far zero on the lower any sooner than 2 or 3 days. Thinking i might get points and plugs while i'm at it. Been 3 yrs since new points and probably at least 6 for plugs. Haven't changed those, just cleaned them since before we moved up here Jan '07. Probably due for some by now.
