I am looking for a 3 groove water pump pulley for an FE. I currently have a double but need the outer groove. Pulley measures approximately 7.25" diameter x 2.5" tall. Or smaller diameter. I think they ran this on the trucks with AC and power steering.

Yes, I believe all FE will be the same pulley.

Check out CVF racing
I've been running their high flow water pump 2 groove v-belt pulley, your only problem maybe getting shorter belts to fit etc. as these are smaller diameter (spin water pump a little faster for higher flow) & same diameter as an A/C water pump pulley (non-A/C cars had larger diameter pulley from what I've read).
