I was wondering if any of you have info on the 64 Thunderbolts that were equipped with an auto trans. I believe this was from the Lincoln. Do any of you have a source for info for this trans? I would very much appreciate knowing if it is a Cruise-o-matic relative. I would like to try to find a shop that might be able to help with my not so impressive stall speed. Until now I have just been considering a trans swap. It shifts ok but has a very low stall speed. Any help re this trans/converter would help. Thanks!

It'd be like the tranny found in an early 60's Lincoln, any convertor for anything (even riceburners) can be custom built. try a torque convertor specialist, TCS in Langley BC,is one, Continental Convertors (in LA i think?)is another.
