I know this may seem like a stupid question to some but...

I just installed a Dynamic Pro Tree transbrake with an external solenoid. I believe the solenoid uses the modulator hole...

Anyway, what holds the solenoid in place?

There are no threads on the solenoid and nothing to attach it to inside the transmission or on the case...

I am baffled... Please, someone enlighten me...

Thanks...

Orginal solenoid mounting is under rear band adjuster bolt,my solenoid almost drop to track once and thats why i made my own sheet metal mounting which come to under two oil pan bolt.
Use silicon also between case and sol.
BTW. i cant take red light with that "pro tree" VB. .440-.460 is usually best...

Thanks for the reply rayha!!!

I called Harold this morning at Dynamic and he explained the mounting bracket. I knew I had not seen such a bracket before so I went digging around in my various boxes of trans parts and whattaya know... Sitting in a nice zip lock bag was the solenoid bracket... 15 minutes later it was installed.
