I think I had my car towed with it in fourth gear. Now it will start just fine, but will not idle or move unless the clutch is in. I tried to back it up and it seems like something is bound. It just pulls the motor down to nothing.

Also, it will not turn freely in neutral without spinning the driveshaft. I jacked it up and was unable to rotate the tires unless the clutch was in.

It worked just fine before towed. I've dropped the trans and took a peak in the inspection covers. Nothing obvious jumped out to me???
It's a Tremec TKO500.

Check for bent shift forks and inspect the clutch, FW and TOB.
