my afr 205's came with a roller spring up grade,their saying 210 on the seat,im thinkin that a wee bit to much for a hyd roller/any idea's

I have been through this. AFR sells hyd roller springs for the 205's. 140# seat pressure.

A hydraulic roller spring is different than a solid roller spring. Find out which 'roller spring' upgrade you have, and go from there. If the springs are for a SOLID roller, they are too stiff. You need around 140-150 on the seat for a HR.
