I had to stall my efforts on my 1966 7 Litre, due to the wife wanting to reinvent our living room. Thanks a lot Pinterest! Anyways I left off with the front end torn apart fenders off and stripping everything down to bare metal and painting. Now despite my efforts I can't find a vacuum diagram to put replace the lines. Any help would be appreciated. I've got one line from the firewall to the canister right, but can't remember which one goes to the other canister inlet and which one goes to the heater hose cutoff valve.

Sure this belongs in the main forum and I know it's been covered a few times. 65-68 is the same heat/ac system.

I'm slow getting back, active duty puts life on hold sometimes. Thank you to both of you, your pics and diagrams were and will be very helpful. My front end is going back together this week and the information is exactly what I need.

puttster, is that spacer still working out for you.

Spacer fit and stopped the vacuum leak. Can't tell if its 1/4" nipple will handle the PCV requirements, hope so!

What was the problem wiuth the radio? Did you test it with the antenna in the car?

Puttster, the good radio worked fine when tested. I got mine working and listed it and the "bad" one. Honestly with a little bit of extra time I could have all three up and rocking the AM radio. If you need one back let me know, I'll just give it to you. I've fallen behind and still haven't gotten the front end back together. Spring break with my kids took first priority. I'm going to poke at it today, but I wrecked my back last week and am not running on all cylinders. Thanks again for the diagrams and pics. They should be stickied on the main forum somewhere.

Ahh, great! When we meet again I hope I'll be taking your 7 litre out for a spin.

HaHa! If it were together I'd let you take it for a spin. Right now it just spins one tire like hell and spits transmission fluid out of the front transmission seal. I did get it back together enough since that last post to start it up, and it sounds awesome. I've got to install my new canister fuel filter and electric fuel pump to save those wasted couple of cranks before the mechanical pump puts fuel to the carb. Thanks to those diagrams all my new vac lines connect to the right place except the one I broke off the firewall:cry:
Here's some pics of your diagrams at work:

Thanks guys!
