Hi,
I have the required VSS for my T-5 as I am doing an EFI conversion on my Zephyr, however I do not have the connector that plugs into the VSS. I need the connector to wire into my harness. The VSS itself has the part number E3AF-9E731-AB on its black plastic upper portion.

I know I can get the entitre Mustang VSS/backup light harness but they are getting expensive and hard to find (in junkyards) I already have the back up light connector. I was wondering if anyone knew if the VSS sensor/connectors used on the 5.0L Mustang with T-5 are used on any other year/trans Fords?

get one out of a 1988 Ford Bronco II its located on the t-case by the rear output shaft same part number
E3AF-9E731-AB

check with your local ford dealer, the connector may be available from ford. the vss connecor was the same on all fords for many years
