'89 GT 5.0 5 speed:

Want to clean things up and plan to remove A/C. Any tips or direct to posts or articles would be appreciated.

And, what will my new belt set-up be with current smog delete and BBK pulleys?

And... if I don't replace radiator with new 2 or 3 row, what do I do with A/C lines.

Thanks,

Welcome to fordmuscle.
Remove the hoses right to the firewall and cap off the tubes. There are a/c delete and smog delete kits out there to keep the belt length the same by replacing the pulleys with dummy ones, if you want to go that route. Otherwise I'd remove everything (a/c and air pump) completely and run a piece of clothesline around the remaining pulleys and that's the length of belt you'd need to get.
Look in the tech section for other tips.
What specs do you have for the heads?
