Can't personally vouch for them being 1964s, but if you'll look closely to the JPG of the back side of the unit, you will see that there is a "64" painted on it.
The set was left here by a guy who had what came to be called: "The Mystery Gal". You could probably find JPGs of it by doing a search here.
The Mystery Gal was a 1964 Four-Door Sedan with the VIN Tag on the Cowl defaced so that the numbers were indistinguishable. It had an FE Engine of unknown displacement.
The guy who owned the car left some stuff (64 Grille, Horn Ring, and Headlights) that was in the bed of his pick-up truck, saying he would be back to pick it up shortly. That was three or four years ago, and he hasn't been seen since. Have tried to find him, but he doesn't have a phone listing.
Anyway, as was mentioned earlier, the JPG you posted and the JPGs I posted don't look very much alike. Still it was worth a try.
