I'm going to be picking up a carburetor tomorrow, I just don't know which to get. Vaccuum or mechanical? 600 or 650 cfm? holley double pumper or no?

Here is some info

I'm working with a 1966 Galaxie 500 with a 352 in it.
I've changed the 3.00 gears to 3.89 gears in the rear.
I'm putting a edelbrock performance intake on it.
Installing Hooker Headers.

I'm planning on...
Installing a new distributor
Installing a new cam

I will be using this car as a fun car to drive. red light to red light performer. Might end up taking it to the strip to see what it can do.
Wouldn't mind using it on a track, but it may be a rare occasion that this happens.
Main use is on the street.

Also if I'm not mistaken, your gears, carburetor, cam, and distributor work together correct? Maybe someone can recommend a carb cam distributor combo for me? (preferably items sold at Summitracing.)

Thank you ahead of time for the help!
