A friend of mine bought a Shelby cam, lifter and spring kit back in 1971. It is a solid lift cam for a small block. In the 80's he had the box signed by Carroll Shelby. I can buy this from him but I am wondering what it's true value may be to a collector. I will post some pics this weekend. Thanks. Alex

Might want to ask a collector of shelbee junk. He's kind of a boob in my eyes.

But you should be able to get $100 bucks out of it anyway.

I am gonna pass on the cam and lifter set. While it would be cool to have, I have alot of money to spend to spend on my cars to get them in the shape they need to be in. Thanks for the reply FE.

Internal motor pieces aren't values as per the maker so much, because Everybody is making better stiff now than they did back then. So the name shelby means nothing overall. Just like a Comp Cam means squat, because I can have a blank cam ground to the exact specs and have a better warranty to boot... So things like this have no overt name plate value.
