What is this?

I was hoping you guys could give me some info on a tranny I got, it's a manual and was bolted to a 351. The ID tag on it says: RAT H3 059496 Then the casting on the tail housing say : RF-C5TR 7A040-B W 2N??? C5? I have no clue. I am getting ready to build a 408 stroker and was wondering if it would hold up. ( want to make about 500 HP )
