I went to replace the rear shoes on my 64 and pulled the drum, only to have a pile of parts fall into my lap. All 3 springs are broken and drum was pretty badly damaged. Do any auto parts stores stock these? I tried O'rielly and Autozone but no luck. I know Dearborn has them but don't really want to wait a week as its the wife's daily driver.

When I had my '64 about 14 years ago, Autozone carried the parts; odd that they don't have them now. I don't remember if NAPA ever had anything, but they(parts) may be something along the lines of a non-stock 2 day order (warehouse shipped) kind of part if they still carry them. Most online sites for those stores will list it if they carry it to save you a trip.
That being said.. I checked Autozone online. They carry shoes for $16. I put in the car as 1964 Galaxie 500 w/ 390 4V. Hardware should be standard too.
