I’m looking for a fiberglass hood for a 65 lane. I have found one at US body, but they have an 8-week wait, and besides they don’t ship to Canada. I am aware of crites, but I’m wondering who else sells hoods for the 65's.. There was one other place I found that I had saved in my favorites, but I must have deleted it

try vfn fiberglass in ohio. don't know if they make one for that car but worth a try. google search i think they have a web site.

I wouldnt buy a thing from US Body..they are the same as Carhoods.com..and the hood i got from them a month or so ago is a pile of crap. 20+ hours and $100 to just get the hood useable and i havent fit it to the car yet. It was delaminated all around top to bottom and when i took the bolts for the hinges out that came in the hood..the nutplates were not bonded and fell out as well. They offered to send me another hood at no cost but it would take at least 4 weeks. I had already waited over 2 months for this one. Not to mention they missed the ship date 3 times and billed the credit card over 3 weeks before it was shipped, and they didnt ship it till i called and threatened to cancel the order..amazing it shipped that day.

I second the glasstek. http://www.glasstek.com NICE stuff! Too bad they don't make the one I'm looking for.


EDIT: I just looked for you, they don't list anything for the six-five, but maybe give them a call anyways. I know their paper catalog is ALOT bigger than what they list on the website.
