I picked up a 62 galaxie with a 302 in it and the mounts were modified and hacked up by the previous owner. I'm hoping someone makes a conversion motor mount that bolts in. I'm capable of fabricating custom mounts but don't really have the time. Any help would be appreciated.

I used stock 312 frame mounts and 64 Comet motor mounts to put small block in 57 Ford worked like factory. I'd bet 62 292 frame mounts and 64 Comet mounts would work on a 62.

I noticed Daze updated his project on his own web forum and he mentioned the engine ended up in slightly different location, a little higher I think. You might want to search out DazeCars Galaxie Forum and see if his latest findings have any impact on your situation.
