the 351w's had a 28 Oz balance. As i recall the 289 is the same balance. So yes can use the same flexplate.
Witch flexplate for 351W ?
I have a 351W I will put in place of a 289 in my Galaxie. Its a factory 289, C4 car. Will the 289 Flexplate work? If not, what ballance flexplate do I need?
