That looks like the 164 tooth bell housing. Are you sure that it is for a 157 tooth flywheel?

wont any bellhousing that is from a 302 mate up to a 351, as long as the bellhousing is 5 7/8 inches tall and 157 tooth?

That does not look like a small C4 bell. They are very close in appearance, but the starter holes will be located farther out by a bit, about 3/4". Maybe that's a 6 cylinder item.

sounds good let me know about it needs to be case fill, 157 tooth, should measure 5 7/8 inches in height. thanks.

That is a C4 small bell. It fastens to the transmission via the pump bolts.
The larger version used separate bolts.

Any 302 bell will fit the 351W. Most of the smaller cars use the 157 tooth ring gear. The bells are easy to come by - I have one here that will go to the recyclers when I clean out the garage next week - I'm in Seattle if anybody wants it come and get it.
