I'm into the '77-'79s, the last T-Birds that featured form over function...
My blue '79's photo is in the "Reader's Cars" section and has a very mild 302 with a Blue Racer cam, a Weiand Action Plus intake, a 600 VS Holley and duals. My other drivable 'Bird is a '79 Heritage Edition with 88K miles on it. I just took it out of storage in May after being parked since 2000. I'll post a pic of it soon.

Here is my 93 Bird. Bought it new, and plan on having it several more years. I have had several Birds, with the first one being a rare 59 with a 430 CI engine.

Hey Vinnie,
Cool you dropped by FM. I know our T-bird subforum doesn't compare to CoolCats and the foxtbirdforums but you may find other reasons to stick around. Gotta make sure you get the word out to submit a Fox Tbird for the 2011 FM calendar when the time is right. We need some 80's representation next year.

Cheers,
Jon

Guess my TBird has reached that point.

Came out of a garden store the other day, and one of the workers, looking at my 94 LX, commented on the style and shape.

This is starting to happen more frequently lately. These 90's TBirds have a classic style.

(Just nine more years till she's considered a true classic.)

Badass Gary you found one!

Is this the one that you were talking about before?

Can't wait to see where you take it, make a Progress thread so I can keep up with the events!

That is awesome FE!

It looks really solid from the photo, nice find!

If you're needing some parts let me know. I was thinking of going to Trust Salvage in Auburn this weekend. Supposedly the owner has a ton of old cars and seems really cool from talking to him on the phone.

I'm looking to get my hands on a set of risers and rails for my '66 and maybe scoring something for my '62 though I'm not sure what I'd want aside from the XL stuff.

If there's something that you want me to keep an eye out for just holler.
