1999 E-250 5.4L Motovan

I have a 99 E-250, extended, 5.4L Triton, looking for max torque for towing. Anyone on this forum have experience with aftermarket camshafts? Name/Models and specs? or other proven method of increasing low end torque for hauling/towing?
This is my Motovan, it hauls bikes and tows trailers and boats. Not a high-revving machine.

Put a turbo on it.
