a 1964 Ford Galaxie 500, Four-Door, Hard-Top, Fast-Back, Police Interceptor Registry Website!
Hey Jay,Thank you, Danv for putting us back on topic.
I heard you.Was wondering if there were any other galaxie registry websites out there? - And - what makes a registry website popular - specific models? -
Would a "Galaxie Registry" website be interesting for anyone to use - any kind of galaxie?
Or - are these registry websites usually specific to some feature of the vehicle?
Just thinking outloud.
Eric
Yes that is a very rare car. I only know of one other still in existance and reportly there were two other 427 wagons that were stripped and junked in the 70's.I was checking out the registry and saw this
1964 500 FASTBACK 4E66R157***
1964 500 CO. SQ WG 4E76Q183***
1964 500XL FASTBK 4P68R121***
Somebody was sure thinkin' when the filled out the option sheet!!
I have an Australian Galaxie registry I've been working on for about 6 years. Small by US standards, 287 entries currently, lots waiting to be entered. It's far from complete, and not posted onto the web as yet (anyone who has a registry understands the work entailed in maintaining). Happy to share stats or info with anyone! Very happy to receive vehicle data!! Mindful of privacy though.
Cheers
DW
