I just did the duraspark conversion on my Windsor. It all seems to be working fine but it is hard to start. I have the initial timing at 14 and the mechanical on the 13L giving me 40 degrees total. The starter spins the motor freely and it is not laboring, it acts like it doesn't want to fire. If I move the initial timing than the starter has trouble spinning the motor. With the old petronix, the motor made 1/2 a revolution and started immediately. Any ideas what to look for.
