1962 Galaxie upper control arm bushings

I am restoring a 1962 galaxie.Right now I am rebuilding the front suspension. The threaded hole in the upper control arm that the shaft bushings go in are stripped out. I can not seem to find a replacment. I thought about Tig welding them in place after screwing them on the shaft. any ideas or thoughts would help out

Hello they fit tight and when you go to torque to factory specs I almost have it then you feel it give and it pulls the shaft to far to the other side. I had no problem on the other side. I thought a couple of tacks on each side after tighting them a close as I can get would work. Thanks for the help
