Hey Jay,Thank you, Danv for putting us back on topic.
Think I probably should move that to it's own thread.Hey Jay,
It's hell when the one doing the "off topic" stuff is the MODERATOR, isn't it?
Heh heh heh heh

There were a few 7 litres that had the 427 engine installed in the in 1966 so that's why I put up the picture. Thanks for all the feedback guys!Just one other quick suggestion.
I'd change the badge on the home page from the 7 Litre badge to a 427 eagle fender badge.
Thanks, that is a good idea. You guys are probably right about that 7 litre logo maybe I'll swap it out for a different one. That's a great idea, a slide show would be different and show the dif logos/badges that they have.
I heard you.Was wondering if there were any other galaxie registry websites out there? - And - what makes a registry website popular - specific models? -
Would a "Galaxie Registry" website be interesting for anyone to use - any kind of galaxie?
Or - are these registry websites usually specific to some feature of the vehicle?
Just thinking outloud.
Eric
Yes that is a very rare car. I only know of one other still in existance and reportly there were two other 427 wagons that were stripped and junked in the 70's.I was checking out the registry and saw this
1964 500 FASTBACK 4E66R157***
1964 500 CO. SQ WG 4E76Q183***
1964 500XL FASTBK 4P68R121***
Somebody was sure thinkin' when the filled out the option sheet!!
I have an Australian Galaxie registry I've been working on for about 6 years. Small by US standards, 287 entries currently, lots waiting to be entered. It's far from complete, and not posted onto the web as yet (anyone who has a registry understands the work entailed in maintaining). Happy to share stats or info with anyone! Very happy to receive vehicle data!! Mindful of privacy though.
Cheers

Just one more suggestion.
What is the point of having a registry when only one person can access it?
Why not list the VIN or tag numbers on the website, but delete the vital informating such as the last few digits, and owners names and addresses?
That way, we can all see where these cars might have been built, and maybe what options they had.
