Where can I get the clutch return spring attached to the transmission? I think I was being a pinecone and tried to attach an under dash spring under the car. Lower spring in the photo for 1964 289 Galaxie.

The one in my Ranchero was wearing thin where it attaches to the fork, but I found a generic one at NAPA and bent a hook in it where needed.

Try Bud's Classic Car catalog. I believe the part you want might be the 63AZ-7523A Clutch Fork Retracting Spring (page 111).
Yes, just call them. I don't think they have online ordering. I ordered some weather stripping a couple of months ago from them and it went fine/quick. No problems.
