timing chain replacement

Replacing the timing chain on my all original 89 Mustang with Ford Racing Timing Chain Set M-6268-A302. The original chain and gears have been removed.

Questions are:

1) I've read that the dowels come out pretty easily but, like I said, mine is original and doesn't want to come out. Is it necessary to replace the dowel pin? If so any tips for getting it out? (engine is in the car)

2) Everything I read says this timing set is supposed to be used with a one piece fuel pump eccentric. Again, this is an all stock engine, does it have the one piece eccentric?

3) Finally, should I put thread locker or anti-seize on the bolts for the cam, damper, etc?

Thanks

it is EFI, so it doesn't have the eccentric and it doesn't matter? this chain set will work with it?

the confusion I'm having is that on the Summit description (Ford Racing Timing Chain Sets M-6268-A302 - Free Shipping on Orders Over $99 at Summit Racing) it says:
Requires a 1-piece fuel pump eccentric.
as I'm writing this it's coming in to view...the eccentric would be on the front of the cam gear, is only for if you have a mechanical fuel pump and what Summit is saying is that if you have a mechanical pump and need an eccentric, you would "require" a one piece...correct?

this is all stuff I know, feels like a duh kind of moment now...

blykins, thanks for helping me clear the fog...
